When trying to add a Coded UI Test using an existing action recording, you may receive the following error:
TF30063: You are not authorized to access <TFSServer>

This is an authentication problem caused by your windows credentials being passed to the TFS Web Services rather than the actual account you connected to TFS with. In my case I was setting up Lab Management for a client using my own laptop that wasn’t on their domain.
There’s no easy fix for this besides being on the same domain.
